Mr. Demarais has a mathematics degree, and worked in law enforcement in Poughkeepsie, NY prior to opening and managing a small property and casualty insurance brokerage in Northern New York in 1997. He has held licenses for life, accident, health, real estate, property and casualty sales, in addition to being a registered representative and financial advisor for Princor Financial Group.Mr. Demarais joined MJM as a field investigator in 1999, and managed investigative field staff regionally prior to relocating his family to MJM’s corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC in 2003 to assume responsibility for management of all field resources globally. During his period of employment, Mr. Demarais has been instrumental in the development of many MJM standards and practices, both internal and external, leveraging his unique mix of insurance industry and technical knowledge. In his current role as Vice President of Technology, Mr. Demarais is responsible for development and implementation of innovative technology solutions and advancements, as well as all data transmission, integrity and security at MJM. |
