Dr. Carl G. Braunlich is Associate Professor, Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. Dr. Braunlich holds a Doctor of Business Administration in International Business from United States International University, San Diego, CA. He has been a Professor at Purdue since 1990. Previously, he was on the faculty at United States International University. Dr. Braunlich has held executive positions at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, and at Paradise Island Hotel and Casino, Nassau, Bahamas. He has been a consultant to Wynn Las Vegas, Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., Showboat Hotel and Casino, Bellagio Resort and Casino, International Game Technology, Inc., Atlantic Lottery Corporation, Nova Scotia Gamin Corporation and the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling. He was on the Board of Directors of the National Council on Problem Gambling and has served on several Problem Gambling Committees, including those of the Nevada Resort Association and the American Gaming Association. |
