G. Carl Gibson has been Vice President for Business Development and Chief Financial Officer for the Ekips Technologies since July 2001. From March 2001 to July 2001, he was a consultant for a number of venture capital backed firms involved with strategic planning, funding strategies, financial structuring and accounting systems. From March 1997 to March 2001, Mr. Gibson was the Chief Financial officer of ZymeTx (NASDAQ:ZMTX), a biotechnology company that grew from a privately funded research project operating under a non-profit foundation to a NASDAQ listed public company. He received a BBA from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1982. |
