Carl Rosenblatt leads SRA’s proposal development group, which provides full life cycle proposal support across the company, from inception and strategy through production and delivery. He and his team provide oversight for all major SRA proposal efforts.
Rosenblatt developed SRA’s first Business Capture Process Guide, a state-of-the-art guidebook that documents SRA’s methods of capturing new business, as well as a related online training course. The course recently received the Mid-Atlantic Award for E-Learning Excellence at a nationwide training conference.
Prior to joining SRA, Rosenblatt led the proposal management group at BearingPoint, where he won two business development awards in proposal excellence. He began his professional career as a sports writer for both Sports Illustrated and The Washington Post.
