Carl A. Duhnoski was promoted to Chief Information Officer in October 2007. From August 2005 to October 2007, he served as Senior Director, IT Infrastructure, managing the Company's enterprise-wide technology platform and implementing best-practice programs to streamline infrastructure efficiency. Mr. Duhnoski also led the relocation of the Company's Enterprise Data Center to a secure hosted facility and the continued development of systems to support the Company's growth. While previously with Bloomberg L.P. ("Bloomberg") for over 12 years, Mr. Duhnoski progressed through various leadership roles to Global Program Director, managing operations in the North American, European, and Asian markets. He also oversaw the development of electronic trading applications and launched both the Software Quality Assurance Group and various support activities for Bloomberg's Electronic Trading Applications. Mr. Duhnoski holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Rider University. |
