Carina de la Torre is an associate in the Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Group and the Litigation Group. She assists with various foreclosure, collection and bankruptcy proceedings. She graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington, where she was on the Editorial Board of the Indiana Law Journal, a participant in the Moot Court Competition, and the treasurer of Latino Law Student Association. Ms. de la Torre was a summer associate with Bose McKinney & Evans in 2003, and legal intern to the Hon. A. Jay Cristol from the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida in 2002. She is fluent in verbal and written Spanish, and has completed several translation projects.
