Carey Flaherty serves as Vice President with primary responsibility for the underwriting and execution of investments for Madison’s U.S. transactions including limited partnership buyouts, structured equity investments, and equity recapitalizations. Mr. Flaherty conducts all aspects of financial analysis, property due diligence, transaction structuring and documentation. Prior to joining Madison International Realty in 2003, Mr. Flaherty worked in the real estate investment banking group at Deutsche Bank. While there, Mr. Flaherty analyzed real estate private equity investments, mezzanine debt financings, preferred equity structures, first mortgage bifurcations, and loan syndications. Mr. Flaherty received a BA degree from Columbia University. |
