On June 6, 2007, Carey J. Dubois was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2007. Mr. Dubois succeeds Robert W. Manly, IV, who continues to serve as Executive Vice President. Mr. Dubois, 47, has been Corporate Treasurer of the Company since April 2005.
