Mrs. Sharpe's practice includes the representation of lenders in all types of commercial lending, including real estate acquisition, development and construction loans, asset- based lines of credit, floor plan financing and government contract financing. Mrs. Sharpe also represents private users in the acquisition, construction, leasing, financing and development of commercial office, retail, manufacturing, warehouse and industrial properties and assists clients in securing tax abatements and other incentives for their projects.

Mrs. Sharpe served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sue Bell Cobb, Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals from 1997-1998. |
