Candice Lieberman joined the firm’s Litigation Department in 2006. Ms. Lieberman graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2005. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman LLP, Ms. Lieberman was at a firm where she worked on several securities fraud class actions against numerous issuers of securities for allegedly misleading investors. While attending law school, Ms. Lieberman served as a legal intern in a non-profit legal clinic, the Hofstra Child Advocacy Clinic. Ms. Lieberman is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York and New Jersey and she is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts ofNew York, and the District of New Jersey. Ms. Lieberman regularly handles matters in State and Federal Court involving banking litigation, civil rights, sexual harassment, age discrimination, retaliation, restrictive covenants, breach of contract actions and construction law actions. Ms. Lieberman is active in the Nassau County Jewish Lawyer’s Association and is on the Nassau County Bar Association’s Commercial Litigation Committee and the Labor and Employment Committee. |
