Cameron Byam has joined First Advantage Recruiting Solutions' Leadership Team as the Director of Client Services. Cameron oversees the team charged with servicing First Advantage clients’ needs on a daily basis. These needs include new and ongoing client training, troubleshooting of issues and questions, product recommendations, and detailed client usage and return on investment reporting. Cameron brings over 12 years of Customer Service and Operations experience with various HR Software and Service providers. He has held operational and executive level positions with ADP, Kronos, and Paychex, and his most recent position was as VP of Operations for Stromberg, the Time & Attendance division of Paychex. His thorough understanding of client’s needs and expertise in the client service process supported such clients as Petco, Universal Studios, and Office Depot. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University. (Back to top) |
