Cameron L. Orr is division vice president Strategic Management and Business Development for the Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD). Mr. Orr reports to the corporate executive vice president and GCSD president. GCSD develops and produces advanced communications and information systems for the Department of Defense and other government agencies and their prime contractors. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Orr was vice president of Homeland Security for Raytheon Network Centric Systems, responsible for NCS’ interface to the corporation’s strategic business thrust. He was previously director of Strategy and Business Development for Tactical Systems within Raytheon Electronic Systems. Mr. Orr holds a B.S. and M.S.E.E. from the Ohio State University. He also holds current FCC First-Class Licenses in Radiotelephone, TV, and Ship Radar. He is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, the Air Force Association, AUSA, AIA, and the Navy League of the United States.
