Camellia Ngo joined Magma in 2000 to oversee Magma’s compensation practices later assumed overall management of Magma's global Human Resources team and was named Vice President Human Resources in 2005. Her team focuses on building the company’s competitive people advantage through HR initiatives reinforcing Magma’s winning culture and inspiring Magma employees to excel and contribute to the company’s dynamic growth and success. Prior to joining Magma Ngo was a Senior Compensation Consultant with CompAnalysis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development Psychology from the University of California Berkeley and a J.D. degree from UC Hastings College of the Law. She has been a member of the California Bar since 1994. |
