Cam Gentile joined Gildan's Management team in 2006 as Executive Vice-President, Organizational Development and Change Management. He has over 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry in senior management positions at Domtar Packaging Division, Transcontinental Printing Inc. and Paperboard Industries International Inc.
Mr. Gentile graduated from Loyola College with a bachelor of Sciences degree in 1965, and obtained a BSc. in Applied Sciences from Toronto's Queen's University in 1967. He is currently a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Quebec Institute of Graphic Communications, member of the External Advisory Board to the Faculty of Arts and Science, as well as Vice-President and member of the Board Directors of Village Theatre, in Hudson, Quebec.
