C. A. is the founder of The Austin Allen Company. He began his recruiting career in 1969 and opened AAC in 1973 with the belief that making their Client Companies and Candidates more successful then AAC would be successful. Based on the number of years in business, the number of awards won and the stability of AAC’s recruiting staff this has proven to be true time and time again. C.A. has served on boards of both State and National Recruiting Associations. He was appointed by the Governor of Tennessee to serve on a recruiting industry regulatory board. He has successfully conducted searches in the areas of Distribution Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Manufacturing Management, Materials, Purchasing.
