Provides consulting services to several CNL companies and affiliates in addition to guiding CNL’s newest real estate investment trust, CNL Income Properties, Inc. As chief investment officer and executive vice president of Atlanta's Post Properties, he managed the luxury apartment company's national expansion into the west coast and northeast development markets. Has also served as president and COO and managed the investment activities of W.B. Johnson Properties, founder of Ritz-Carlton Hotels and a significant franchisee of Waffle House restaurants. As managing director, capital markets of Crow Holdings International, he directed the debt, equity and recapitalization activities of a host of Crow family businesses and served on the company’s five-member Investment Committee.
