Mr. Mallott has been a director since 1982 and serves on the Company’s Governance & Nominating and Safety Committees. Currently he is a Senior Fellow at First Alaskans Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of Alaska Native peoples and their communities. . From 1995 to 1999, he served as Executive Director (chief executive officer) of the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation, a trust managing proceeds from the state of Alaska’s oil revenues. He was a director of Sealaska Corporation, Juneau, Alaska, from 1972 to 1988, Chairman from 1976 to 1983, and Chief Executive Officer from 1982 to1992. He owns Mallott Enterprises (personal investments) and is a director of Alaska Airlines, Sealaska Corporation and the Alaska Communications Systems Group Incorporated. |
