Butler Newman is the Senior Vice President of Advisory Services for Corporate University Xchange. He is responsible for all aspects of CorpU’s advisory offerings, with his areas of expertise in process design and implementation, performance support, blended learning, eLearning, and change management. He has also performed extensive work helping global organizations address the people side of enterprise-wide SAP implementations. Butler has over 23 years of experience consulting with and formulating enterprise solutions for learning and development. Prior to joining CorpU, he served as Vice President of Execution Capability for Conner Partners, as Vice President of Learning Solutions of Accelera Corporation, and as Vice President of eLearning and Performance Support for RWD Technologies. Butler is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served 6 years in the Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion program, completing his Nuclear Engineering Certification. He has also completed extensive coursework towards an MBA at the University of Maryland. |
