Burtt R. Ehrlich has been a member of our Board of Directors since February 13, 2001, and is the Chairman of our Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and a member of both our Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Mr. Ehrlich served as our Chairman of the Board of Directors from February 2001 until November 2004. Mr. Ehrlich has been an independent consultant for more than five years. He is a director of two other public companies, Armor Holdings, Inc. and Clarus Corporation. |
