Burt Heacock brings to Paul-Tittle clients more than 30 years experience in the high technology community. Prior to joining the firm in 1977, he was a senior manager with the Information Systems Consulting Practice of Arthur Young & Company. Previously, he was a senior-level technical manager with Army Intelligence and later with Planning Research Corporation (PRC). Within Paul-Tittle Search Group he focuses on the recruitment of senior-level technologists and executives within the information technology field and manages major enterprise recruitment projects. Burt has a BS in business management from the University of Maryland, and has done graduate work in information technology. Burt maintains an active leadership role in various professional and civic organizations. He is past president of the Maryland Association of Professional Recruiting Firms and the Tyson’s Rotary.
