Through OZ PDS, Bud provides clients with a single point of contact to manage the thousands of details associated with facilities planning, design management, entitlement, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, contracting, construction management, project close-out, and move-in. Bud has over 20 years of Construction Management and Owner's Representation experience. He worked with Huber, Hunt & Nichols and Devcon Enterprises, as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager, where he gained experience in all aspects of Construction Management. Prior to his Construction Management career, Bud was a Project Manager for Furnistall, Inc. managing FF&E installation on numerous and varied projects. |
