Bryn practices general corporate law and real estate law, but particularly enjoys working with startup businesses. Bryn also works with clients with closely-held family businesses to develop ownership succession arrangements.
Bryn works with a broad spectrum of individual and business clients to help them achieve their business and financial objectives. Bryn practices in the area of individual and corporate business transactions and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. His specialties include entity selection and formation of corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, identifying sources of financing, intellectual property/technology strategy, documenting essential early relationships and buyout structures. In addition, Bryn has a broad range of experience with general transactional matters including property acquisitions and sales, both residential and commercial, commercial property leasing and planning for succession or control of closely-held businesses.
Bryn attended Vanderbilt University and was a member of the Dean's List, graduating in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He attended the University of San Diego School of Law and received his law degree in 2000.
