Mr. Dickinson became Vice President International Operations in July 2007 upon the acquisition of TODCO, where he held the same position since August 2005.
While at TODCO, Mr. Dickinson held various operational positions. He was a Special Projects Manager, Eastern Hemisphere for Pride International, Inc., which acquired Marine Drilling Companies, Inc., in September 2001. Mr. Dickinson was the Vice President International Operations at Marine Drilling Companies, Inc.
