Bryant Tong is a General Partner with Nth Power Technologies, an energy focused venture capital firm. In addition to NanoGram, Mr. Tong serves on the boards of Accelergy, Maximum Performance Group and Envenergy, Inc. He previously served as a director of affiliate NanoGram Devices Corporation (acquired by Wilson Greatbatch Technologies in March 2004, NYSE: GB). Previously, Mr Tong was founder, President and CEO of Pacific Venture Capital, the venture capital arm of PG&E Corporation, where he led investments in the energy and telecom sectors. Mr. Tong also held leadership positions at ReSourcePhoenix and Phoenix American, and he has been responsible for corporate auditing, SEC reporting and internal control reviews as a senior member of the audit staff at Ernst and Young. Mr. Tong earned a BS degree in Accounting from the University of California at Berkeley and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of CPAs. |
