As an industry veteran, Bryant promotes participation in new technologies and standards and ensures Cintech's products are best-in-class. Bryant leads all aspects of Cintech's Product Development Program. His responsibilities include definition, implementation and delivery of all product lines. Bryant and his team work closely with other Cintech departments to ensure that the products delivered achieve Cintech's high standard for quality while meeting the growing demands of the communications industry. With more than 20 years of experience, Bryant has led the development of several "industry firsts" including: NetVIA, the first virtual IP e-contact center solution as well as Cinphony and Prelude, the first computer telephony applications for Nortel's Norstar telephone system. Bryant is a frequent speaker at industry and vertical market conferences and has authored a number of articles on customer care topics. |
