Bryant Zanko was named vice president, corporate business development, in May 2004. Mr. Zanko is responsible for leading mergers and acquisitions at Stryker.
Prior to joining Stryker, Mr. Zanko served as vice president, mergers and acquisitions, at PepsiCo. In this role, Mr. Zanko directed corporate expansion opportunities and restructurings of the $15 billion Americas food unit for this $25 billion global food and beverage corporation. Mr. Zanko previously served as director, investment banking, at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Zanko began his career with Advest Group (Merrill Lynch) and Van Kampen Merritt (Morgan Stanley), where he executed numerous capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Zanko holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |
