Bryant Tchida is a member of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Class Action practice group and its Securities, Financial Services and Broker-Dealer practice group. Bryant practices principally in the areas of complex business and class action litigation, with particular emphasis in the areas of securities litigation/arbitration and financial services litigation. He also represents companies and individuals in SEC, FINRA and other regulatory investigations and proceedings.
Bryant has considerable experience defending companies in securities and class action litigation throughout the country. He has represented clients in securities and class action cases venued in Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Connecticut and Georgia. Bryant also has represented clients in securities arbitration proceedings in Minnesota, New York, Florida and Illinois.
In addition, Bryant has considerable experience representing clients in government contract disputes. He has defended clients in Federal False Claims Act proceedings and also has represented clients in disputes pursuant to the Federal Contract Disputes Act.
Bryant also represents a small number of companies and individuals as plaintiffs. For example, Bryant represented an individual as plaintiff in a dispute concerning a cabin located in northern Minnesota. He also has represented individuals and companies as plaintiffs in a number of contract and other litigated business disputes. Bryant has been named a "Rising Star" by his peers, as noted in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine, as well as a "Star Lawyer" by Benchmark: Litigation.
