Bryan Hucker is responsible for the financial and commercial functions of the CODA Group. He also sits on the CODA Executive Board. Bryan joined Science Systems Ltd as finance director in 1986, at the time of the management buy-in, becoming group financial director in 1989. He held the position for 10 years and was appointed Group Commercial Director in 1999 and, additionally, became Financial Director of CODA when it was acquired in 2000. Bryan qualified as a chartered accountant early in his career while working for KPMG and subsequently became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He also spent time at Burmah Oil and Hawker Siddeley, where his responsibilities included internal financial auditing and conducting operational reviews of the businesses. Bryan graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc (Hons) in chemical engineering. |
