Bryan Haynes has experience in a wide range of litigation, including complex commercial, intellectual property, technology, and products liability disputes. He has worked with clients on intellectual property suits and appeals in Federal and State Courts involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and patents. He has also worked with a broad range of businesses in general commercial disputes in court and in arbitrations throughout the state of Texas and the United States. Mr. Haynes has represented policyholders throughout the United States in product liability disputes with insurers, including advising the insured of their rights under general liability, automobile, property and casualty insurance. He also litigates cases involving directors and officers, errors and omissions, and crime/fraud policies. In addition, he has represented manufacturers and distributors of a broad range of products in wrongful death and significant personal injury and property damage suits throughout Texas.
