Bryan joins the Challenger team with several years of financial transaction and analysis experience with public and private companies in the healthcare, manufacturing and energy industries.
Previously, Bryan served as a senior associate in the transaction services group for KPMG, LLP in Dallas. He performed due diligence, financial analysis, and technical accounting research to assist both strategic and financial buyers through their transaction processes. Bryan has also worked for Marsh McLennan in New York and Arthur Andersen in Dallas.
Bryan has a master of science degree and a bachelor of business administration degree, both in accounting, from Southern Methodist University. |
