Bryan Flanagan is EnviroSolutions, Inc. (ESI) Chief Financial Officer. He joined ESI during August 2006 as the company’s Interim Chief Financial and was subsequently named the company’s permanent Chief Financial Officer during December 2006. With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, Bryan brings a broad based financial background to the company. He has significant experience in creating financial and business solutions in a variety of industries. Prior to joining ESI, Mr. Flanagan had been a Partner in the Mid-Atlantic Area practice of Tatum, LLC, a leading professional services firm. Previously, Bryan was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Blair Corporation, a $600 million direct marketer listed on the American Stock Exchange. He was also a member of Blair Corporation’s Board of Directors. During 2000 and 2001, Bryan was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Mattress Discounters Corporation, the largest retailer of mattresses in the United States. Bryan spent five years with Security Capital Group and its affiliated companies as the Senior Vice President Financial Operations for Homestead Village Incorporated, a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) extended-stay lodging company with sales of $365 million; Security Capital Pacific Trust a NYSE multi-family REIT with sales totaling $400 million and Security Capital Group, a privately held real estate and financial services holding company with assets of $6.5 billion. From 1987 to 1995, Bryan was the Vice President Financial Analysis of Marriott Hotels, Resorts & Suites, a $3 billion leader of the hospitality and lodging industry. Earlier, Bryan worked for General Electric Company where he held a series of management positions including the senior financial officer of the company’s Commercial Real Estate financing business and the Technology Operation of its Information Services business. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Wittenberg University. Additionally, he is a graduate of General Electric Company’s Financial Management Program. |
