Bryan has eight years of professional experience providing business and financial consulting services, and over six years of public accounting, due diligence and transaction experience working on more than 75 transactions in numerous industries. He has provided a broad range of services to corporate and private equity buyers, including buy-side diligence, purchase price adjustments, closing balance sheet analyses and forecast analyses. Additional experience includes initial public offerings and secondary offerings of debt and equity. Bryan originated and managed buy-side due diligence assignments in the Atlanta, Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte offices of Ernst & Young LLP (E&Y) from 1997 to 2004. He led Carolinas Transaction Support Practice for E&Y from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2005, he was the Senior Financial Analyst in Wachovia’s Capital Management Group, a $5 billion division of Wachovia Bank, N.A., where he provided managerial and transactional expertise in Wachovia’s $720 million divestiture of its corporate-trust and institutional-custody businesses in 2005 to U.S. Bancorp. From 2005 to 2006, Bryan was the Vice President of Business Development for a $65 million security and fire product distribution company located in Western North Carolina. Bryan received his BS in Business Administration and Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. |
