Bryan Abbott manages the ebb and flow of merchandise in our Beverly Hills showroom. Bryan was born in Santa Monica and is a fourth generation native Californian. His career in Numismatics Estate Jewelry and Fine Watches spans over 20 years. Bryan is also one of the worlds leading authorities on American Silver flatware and hollowware. His articles and opinions on the subject have been printed in several national trade publications.
Prior to arriving in Beverly Hills Bryan was the Founding Director and Director of Acquisitions for the Decorative and Fine Arts Department at Heritage Galleries in Dallas Texas. Bryan is proud to be a part of the Superior team and looking forward to meeting and working directly with our local clientele.
Bryan has handled original paintings by artists such as Columbian Ferdinad Botero and Israeli Reuven Ruebin. Bryan has worked with estates from the families of important early California pioneers to direct descendents of John Cotton Patriarch of Boston. His experience in Decorative Arts encompasses glass by Tiffany Galle and Webb silver by Tiffany Georg Jensen Gorham and Shiebler. He has well rounded expertise in Historical Documents 19th century photography Militaria and more. You will also find his knowledge of Fine Watches and Estate Jewelry to be invaluable.
In his spare time Bryan is available as a guest antique appraiser/speaker for benefits and educational forums. He has acted in that capacity for senior citizen groups The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and The International Society of Appraisers to name a few.
