Description of Practice:
Bryan is an associate in our San Francisco office, where he provides critical associate-level support to our litigation team in a variety of matters. Bryan's practice primarily involves general business litigation, litigation of statutory environmental claims relating to CERCLA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, Proposition 65, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and litigation of common law and statutory land use claims.
Bryan is admitted to the State Bar of California.
Educational History:
Bryan received his B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 2002. While at Santa Clara, he received both the Hollace Pugh Service Award and the Student Life and Leadership Award. In 2005, Bryan received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Davis Law Review. He was also a member of the Davis National Mock Trial Team. Prior to graduation, Bryan was selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy. |
