Bryan Mullen brings a considerable managerial and technology leadership background, which includes extensive experience in the insurance and healthcare sectors. He started his career in the Data Systems Division of IBM and subsequently held supervisory and management positions related to information systems within the insurance industry. While employed within the insurance industry, Mr. Mullen’s responsibilities included managing the research and development division of Programming Resources Company (PRC) based in Hartford, Connecticut. PRC was responsible for bringing the Gen-A-Rate commercial policy processing system to market. In 1994, Mr. Mullen was recruited by the Northeast Region of the American Red Cross to fill a strategic director level roll within the Information Technology hierarchy. Based on his ability to improve operations, reach regulatory compliance, and reduce costs, his responsibilities quickly grew to encompass the Mid-Atlantic region as well. Mr. Mullen left the Red Cross to launch a consultancy where he has enjoyed the reputation of being able to dramatically improving the quality and value of information technology delivered to organizations in the Northeast. Mr. Mullen has been responsible for corporate process reengineering with responsibilities spanning over 40 clients. |
