Bryan J. Keller is vice president, general counsel and secretary for Delaware North Companies, Incorporated (DNC), of Buffalo, NY, a $1.6-billion privately held international company specializing in food service, recreation and hospitality management.
He joined Delaware North as associate general counsel, with experience as an attorney and assistant secretary of S.M. Flickinger Co., and vice president, general counsel and secretary of Scrivner, Inc. After leaving his management post with Scrivner, he continued his relationship as a member of the board of directors and the executive committee for the multi-billion-dollar grocery wholesaler headquartered in Oklahoma City.
A graduate of the University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Keller received his juris doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the American, New York, and Erie County Bar associations. |
