Mr. Nichols focuses his practice in the areas of toxic tort, environmental, products liability and commercial litigation. He has had a wide range of litigation experience, which includes matters in personal injury and products liability litigation, FELA litigation, citizen suits arising under the Clean Water Act, CERCLA litigation, and mass torts involving allegations of both environmental and occupational exposures. Mr. Nichols also provides environmental consultation for the firm’s clients with regard to real estate transactions and other regulatory matters. Representative Cases: Almon, et al. v. McWane, Inc.
