Bryan D. Plocker is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in all aspects of civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Plocker served as an associate at another New Jersey law firm where he represented national franchisors in breach of contract/trademark actions. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Hunt Dumont, Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage, Law Division. Mr. Plocker is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College (1997) and earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden (2000), where he mediated civil disputes in Camden municipal court as a member of the Community Dispute Resolution Committee. He also served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research & Writing and Moot Court I programs. Mr. Plocker is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Association of the Federal Bar for the State of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. |
