Bryan Jordan, executive vice president and chief financial officer, joined Regions Financial Corporation as executive vice president and corporate comptroller in 2000 and was promoted to his current position in 2002. As chief financial officer, Jordan is responsible for the company’s financial accounting, reporting and planning functions, as well as its asset liability and liquidity management and the corporate real estate and purchasing functions. Prior to joining Regions, he was with Wachovia Corp. (First Union Corp.) in Charlotte, N.C. He worked in the audit practice of one of the Big Four public accounting firms from 1984 to 1991, serving financial services and retail industry clients. |
