Before joining Cuisine Solutions as Executive Chef, Chef Bertin worked with Daniel Boulud as a sous chef at the top rated Restaurant Daniel in New York City and as executive chef at Daniel’s Feast & Fetes Catering for five years.
Chef Bertin is a French classically trained chef with over 20 years of culinary experience, however, he also studied extensively in Japan .
Chef Bertin was Le Cordon Bleu Japan’s Chef Instructor in Tokyo , where he taught for five years. He was featured on several Japanese television programs (Kaiseki Ryori, Lady’s Four, and Le Cordon Bleu Cooking Technique) and in several Japanese publications.
Chef Bertin has placed first and received the gold medal in the Commis Rotisseur International Culinary Competition.
