Bruce joined The Brenner Group in 2005 and has more than 25 years of financial experience as a CFO in both Fortune 500 and pre-IPO technology companies. Specific experience includes financial planning and analysis, corporate and acquisition strategy, contracts, and venture capital investments. Prior to The Brenner Group, Bruce was most recently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Vaishali LLC in San Jose. Before that, he was Director of Financial Systems Development for British American Tobacco of San Francisco. He also served as Vice President and CFO for San Jose-based Embarcadero Ventures and was Director of Financial Planning & Administration for ITEL Corporation of San Francisco. Bruce earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and his M.S. in Marketing from the University of California, Los Angeles. |
