Bruce Tucker founded Pioneer Technologies in 1963. An IT consulting, integration and hardware sales company, Pioneer served commercial and enterprise clients and employed over 500 employees and generated over $500 million in annual revenues per year. Starting with just one office in Washington, DC, Mr. Tucker lead the company’s growth to 11 branches- 10 on the East Coast and one in California. In its prime, Pioneer was the 11th largest company of its kind in the United States and the 27th largest privately owned company in the Washington, DC area. Mr. Tucker served as Chairman and CEO of the company until its purchase in 1995 to Pioneer Standard. Mr. Tucker earned a B.S. in Business Management from American University. Today, Mr. Tucker is active on six boards. |
