Bruce Simmon, Director, has more than 25 years experience in new product and new business development for high-technology manufacturing and services businesses. He is the automotive and telematics subject matter expert for Strategy Analytics' North America Consulting Operation. Many of his recent consulting engagements have involved identifying and assessing new product and business opportunities, as well as conducting end-user needs assessments, customer value analysis, benchmark studies and competitive analysis. He has also formulated marketing strategies and initiatives to help clients compete more effectively in the marketplace. Before becoming a consultant, Mr. Simmon spent more than 15 years in marketing and management positions for major US companies. He was Associate Director of Strategic Marketing Programs for NYNEX Corporation, where he was responsible for new venture development for the Information Industry. Previously, he worked for Unisys Corporation as Senior Market Development Manager and for Computer Sciences Corporation as Director, Market and Industry Development, responsible for business and market development. Mr. Simmon received a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science, with distinction, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. |
