~Bruce Saber serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Monday Properties.Bruce manages all legal matters on behalf of Monday Properties, including in connection with transactions and operations. He serves as a senior member of the firm, and actively participates in leadership and investment activities. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mr. Saber was a partner with Heller Ehrman. Earlier, he served as General Counsel and Senior Managing Director at Tishman Speyer Properties, where he oversaw the company’s legal department. He was a key member of the team that formed three international funds totaling more than $1 billion, and handled the acquisition, financing and redevelopment of the Chrysler Building in New York. Mr. Saber was also a founding principal and senior managing director at WestWind Capital Partners, an international real estate advisory firm. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he was a partner in the real estate group at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.Mr. Saber received his juris doctorate from the New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester. In 2006, he was listed in the Legal Media Groups' Guide to the World's Leading Real Estate Lawyers and in 2006 and 2007 also named a New York Super Lawyer. |
