Bruce Olson joined Optinuity in March 2007 and serves as its Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Olson is responsible for the growth and management of Optinuity’s strategic partnerships and alliances. He brings extensive IT infrastructure and applications support experience to his role at Optinuity, and provides the company with a unique customer-focused perspective gained through his 20-plus years in the business.
Before joining Optinuity, Olson held similar responsibilities at Visual Networks, a leading provider of performance management systems for wide-area data networks. There, he helped dozens of Fortune 500 customers meet IT service delivery requirements as the company’s Vice President of Technical Services and Service Provider Sales. By establishing key partnerships with major telecom providers, Olson made significant contributions towards Visual’s $3 billion market capitalization.
Olson’s career spans the finance and education sectors, and he has also served as a consultant with large government IT contractors such as SAIC.
Olson holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Computer Science from Wittenberg University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Penn State University. |
