Bruce concentrates in complex products liability, insurance, and commercial matters. He handles products liability work for a number of self-insured clients including industrial entities, equipment manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies. In commercial litigation Bruce works with contractual disputes, trade secrets, and insurance contracts. He also addresses professional malpractice, insurance, and government contract law. Bruce was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1973 and is also admitted before the United States District Court, District of Colorado, United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, and Supreme Court of the United States. He received his Juris Doctor from the University Colorado School of Law in 1973 and his Bachelor of Arts in political science from DePauw University, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1970. Bruce has coached Kent High School in the Colorado High School Mock Trial Competition for eleven years, and his teams have made it to the national competition three times. |
