Bruce Jacoby has been with Continental Stock Transfer since 1993 as Administrator of Proxy Services. After graduating from Pace University in 1984, Bruce went to work for The Carter Organization, a firm specializing in proxy solicitations, both friendly and hostile, and all facets of corporate governance consulting. In 1990, he became a partner in the firm of Beacon Hill Partners, a firm specializing in all aspects of investor relations.
