Bruce helped develop the strategic positioning that formed some of the basis for the company's success - combining HR Outsourcing services with Brokerage services to challenge traditional broker procurement propositions with creative solutions that encompass the whole HR and Benefits equation.Bruce also serves as the Head of the Risk Management team for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) division, CoAdvantage's largest business unit. This allows Bruce the ability to leverage the knowledge and purchasing power of the CoAdvantage internal premiums that exceed $20 million across the CoAdvantage client base. Under Bruce's direction, CoAdvantage is highly successful in building beneficial relationships with clients and vendors to maximize the growth potential for all involved.Prior to joining CoAdvantage, Bruce worked for McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Inc., a large privately-held broker in the commercial insurance industry. Bruce also worked for International Sports Properties (ISP) as Property Vice President. ISP sold sports-affiliated advertising and promotional opportunities for colleges and universities throughout the Southeast.Bruce graduated from Florida State University in 1991. He serves on the CoAdvantage Philanthropic Committee to help CoAdvantage give back to the communities where it operates. |
