Bruce brings more than 30 years of federal, DoD and intelligence program development and management experience to CloudShield. Bruce was most recently General Manager and Senior Vice President of the Intelligence Systems Business Unit for L-3 Communications - Titan Group where he led the capture and execution of programs focused on intelligence, information operations and C4ISR capabilities for DoD and Intelligence Community customers. Prior to coming to industry, Bruce served 21 years with the US Navy, focused on developing and fielding intelligence and information warfare capabilities, implementing system upgrades, testing, and maintenance solutions to improve Navy IT solutions. Bruce received a BS in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and an MS in Information Systems from Naval Postgraduate School. |
