Mr. Garreau serves as the Company’s chief financial officer and also oversees all compliance programs on Raydiance’s government contracts. Garreau comes to Raydiance from Infinite Photonics, where he was CFO of both the subsidiary and its publicly traded parent company Infinite Group Inc. Prior to that, he held several senior financial positions in the financial services and audit consulting industries, including Consulting Principal with Corporate Financial Group (financial, M&A, strategy services to emerging technology companies) and executive vice president/controller at the largest publicly traded thrift institution in New England (acquired by Fleet Bank).
